'Koren Shadmi was born in Israel, where he worked for several magazines and advertising corporations. At 17, he published his first graphic novel, followed by a book collecting his comics from youth magazines. He then enlisted in the Israeli army, and upon completion of his service, he relocated to New York to study in the School of Visual Arts, where he acquired his bachelor degree in Illustration. His book 'Cours Interieures' has also been published in France.
